Robert Linttell -
President
Mr. Linttell has approximately 20 years experience in corporate
finance having served as COO of an Alberta securities dealer and
CEO of two publicly traded corporations. He is currently president
and CEO of The Roberts Group Ltd., a professional resource network.
Working with a broad range of professionals, services
are provided to clients who demonstrate a committed management
team and
whose projects qualify with exceptional opportunity in a given
field.
Services include corporate reorganization, management
and Board selection, business plan review and preparation, seed
capital to initial public offering co-ordination and facilitation,
private placements, marketing and investor relations. Services
have been provided to the agriculture, mining, health care, technology,
construction, manufacturing, resource exploration, pharmaceutical,
food-beverage, geophysical, resort development and real estate
industries.
Mr. Linttell is currently a member of the Kelowna
Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and an active member of
Rotary International.
He also is a retired senior R.C.M.P. officer following
a 24 year career including investigation, administration and planning.

Frank Estergaard -
Secretary
Mr. Estergaard holds a Bachelor Commerce (Accounting)
degree, graduating from the University of British Columbia in
1963 and thereafter embarking on a career with KPMG Chartered
Accountants. He initially served in KPMG’s Vancouver office
responsible for a number of large and medium sized public and
private company audits, transferring to KPMG’s Vernon, B.C.
office and becoming a partner in June 1972. He was appointed to
Office Managing Partner in 1985.
He was later elected to KPMG’s B.C. Regional
Management Committee and the firm's National Policy Board. In
1989 he accepted a transfer to the firm's Ottawa, Ontario office
and served as Vice-Chairman, Ontario Region, and was appointed
to KPMG’s Executive Committee and Partnership Board. In
1993 he transferred to KPMG’s Kelowna, B.C. office to serve
as Partner In Charge, and consulted with a number of public companies
and clients in the high tech and emerging business sector. He
is also a qualified expert witness having given evidence in the
Supreme Court of British Columbia and other courts.
Mr. Estergaard is now retired from KPMG and provides
advisory services to select businesses. Mr. Estergaard served
as President of the Vernon Chamber of Commerce, was chairman and
a founding director of the North Okanagan Economic Development
Commission, Treasurer of the Vernon Rotary Club, Vernon Winter
Carnival Society and Vernon Community Arts Council.

Timothy C. Fernback
Mr. Fernback was employed as a Marketing Consultant
with Pivotal Strategies, a Vancouver based marketing consulting
firm, from 1994 to 1995. From 1995 to 1998 he was employed in
a consulting capacity and served as an Associate at Discovery
Capital Corporation ("Discovery Capital"), a corporate
finance and fund management company specializing in financing
and consulting to technology based and start-up ventures.
At Discovery Capital Mr. Fernback participated in
the management of several venture capital funds which raised over
$20 million through a series of private offerings called the Exceptional
Technologies Funds ("ExFund"). All monies for the ExFunds
were raised under the VCC program and, as of the date of the Offering
Memorandum, Discovery Capital continues to manage and operate
the VCC investments.
In 1998 Mr. Fernback joined Wolverton Securities
Ltd. ("Wolverton"), a Western Canadian based broker-dealer
and investment bank, as the Manager of the Corporate Finance Department.
Here, Mr. Fernback is responsible for all due diligence activities
with respect to Wolverton's underwritings, mergers, acquisitions
and corporate consulting practices.
Mr. Fernback was selected as a member of the Corporate
Finance Committee of the Vancouver Stock Exchange ("VSE")
and was an active member until the VSE's merger to form a new
national stock exchange, the Canadian Venture Exchange (now the
TSX Venture Exchange), the primary source of capital for micro-capitalization
companies in North America.
Mr. Fernback holds an Honours Bachelor of Science
(B.Sc.) degree from McMaster University (Hamilton, Ontario) and
a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University
of British Columbia (Vancouver, British Columbia).

Vernon J. Nielsen
Mr. Nielsen is an experienced senior executive
and entrepreneur in packaged goods, personal entertainment and
numerous other industries. He has headed numerous new market
entries, product launches, and multinational sales forces in
various environments characterized by complex, multilayered
distribution channels and cross-linked business partnerships.
His experience includes former management roles
at General Foods and being CEO of other successful ventures. He
has conducted business in Canada, USA, Europe and Asia. His two
most recent positions were VP Worldwide Sales & Marketing for a
segment-leading packaged goods firm based in New York City, and
more recently, cofounder of a high tech software company in
Kelowna.
As an entrepreneur and private investor, he has
made investments and engineered liquidity events in a wide range
of ventures, including packaged goods, sporting goods, real
estate, and the hospitality/entertainment industry.
Mr. Nielsen holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree
from University of Calgary and completed Graduate Studies in
marketing at University of British Columbia.
Mr. Nielsen is currently a director of; Okanagan
Capital Fund,, Crossflux Inc., Kelowna/Lake Country Liberal Riding
Association, Okanagan Science and Technology Council, and Nelcor
Holdings Ltd. He is Co-chair of the Knowledge Services Cluster of
the Okanagan Partnership Initiative and is a member of the Board
of Advisors for CATO (Center for Arts and Technology).
